Job Summary

Reporting up to CPO/CXO, the Product Manager role will have three core responsibilities: Product Management, Product Application Support, and Process Optimization Management.


Product Management - managing product advancement to drive greater value.  

  • Prioritizing Product Roadmap, Configuration, and Development Backlogs for your area of responsibility - to optimize value creation. Answer key questions during the scrums, resolve issues and roadblocks, participate in scrum retrospective, drive the delivery of product releases on time, scope, and budget.

    • Work with the executive team, stakeholders across multiple business verticals/domains, and clients to understand their needs, manage their expectations, consider the impact of requests, and specify new features and enhancements.

    • Produce competitive and market assessments to enable and advance competitive position.

    • Facilitate work estimation and timelines as part of the sprint planning.

    • Continuously increase the value proposition and business case for our Products, based on quality, performance, predictability, speed and cost of delivery.

  • Review and sign off on requirements for new product development (as needed).

  • Facilitate generation of insights from our data.


Product Application Support - support the application of the product for client launches.    

  • Meet with stakeholders, facilitate buy-in to the product, and process standards to accelerate, and elevate launch performance.

    • Address our solution’s competitive position against alternative – and to advise the proper approach selection.  

    • Identify and illustrate high value creation opportunities attained from Emerios product application.

    • Facilitate the VOC to identify high-value opportunities to drive product expansion prioritization.

    • Help support business case (as needed)

  • Be highly engaged and willing to be involved on launching clients predictably and in a standard manner. Performing analysis, setup, configuration, and working with developers to meet client needs. This will enable you as the Product Manager to continue to observe current-state processes and design products that drive our manual steps and create standard/self-serve features/processes.

  • Oversee the area team’s implementation and adherence to standards and best practices to facilitate Reuse, delta management, performance and effectiveness.


Process Management and Optimization

  • Elevate our puzzle solving capabilities, and speed of actioning experiments so that business cases can be built on facts and data.

  • Be the subject matter expert on your area creating, maintaining, publishing, and training team members on standards to drive effectiveness and scale.

  • Refine and elevate the product advancement process

    • Speed and performance of the Change management process – including expansion of the configurability and standards.

  • Adhere and recommend solution architectural patterns and practices advancements to drive speed, scalability and maintainability.

  • Promote innovation culture in the Product Management and data team - Be curious about best practices out there and encourage team to do so.

  • Responsible for the Creation, Monitoring, Quality and Effectiveness of controls and procedures to ensure optimal function within the department managed.



  • Experience in Product and People Management in a SaaS based company

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience as tech BA or product manager involved in deep technical analysis, business requirements, product mockups, reporting, and optimization.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize, evaluate, and brainstorm solutions. See challenges as opportunities.

  • Technical to understand logic and code (not required to code). 

  • Excellent Communication and Collaborative skills.

  • Strong Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to perform a conversion rate analysis.

    • Ability to define a standard work effort for change management:

      • Define baseline

      • Identify CI opportunities and drive change

  • Ability to document our standards and build business cases.

  • Flexible to wear multiple hats (Technical BA, Launch PM, and Product Manager)

  • Fluency in English.

  • Bachler in Computer Science (nice to have)
