Purpose of the Position

  • Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our platform and roadmap to advance our SaaS platform and drive greater value.
    • Gather, synthesize, and deliver customer and market feedback to drive the strategic roadmap and prioritization aligned with company strategy.
      1. Align SaaS platform direction with the Director of Product Management and Platform Expansion Architecture, setting the critical capabilities required to move the portfolio of features forward and ensuring the Journey docs/user stories that Engineering needs are created and signed-off by various parties.
      2. Work with executive team, stakeholders across multiple business verticals/domains, and clients to understand their needs, manage their expectations, consider impact of requests and specify new features and enhancements.
      3. Produce competitive and market assessments to enable and advance competitive position.
      4. Facilitate work estimation and timelines as part of the sprint planning.
    • Create/Review and signoff on requirements for new product development (as needed).
    • Facilitate generation of insights from our data.
    • Hold regular meetings with developers to execute and deliver features and functionality in an agile manner while meeting with customers to assess satisfaction.
    • Work with and guide Technical Business Analysts in the creation of Journey documents and Design of features to derive platform advancement and self-serve capabilities.
  • Product Application Support - support the application of the product for client launches.
    • On a project basis, support client launches by doing the work, with the goal to gain insights and improving our platform.
    • Facilitate the VOC to identify high-value opportunities to drive product expansion prioritization.
  • Process Management and Optimization
    • Be the subject matter expert on your area creating, maintaining, publishing, and training team members on standards to drive effectiveness and scale.
    • Refine and elevate the product and platform advancement process.
    • Speed and performance of the Change management process – including expansion of the self-serve, configurability and standards.
    • Adhere and recommend solution architectural patterns and practices advancements to drive speed, scalability and maintainability.
    • Promote innovation culture in the Product Management and data team - Be curious about best practices out there and encourage team to do so.


  • Experience in Product and People Management in a SaaS based company

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience as tech BA or product manager involved in deep technical analysis, business requirements, product mockups, reporting, and optimization.

  • Ability to work in a Fast-Paced, Results-Driven environment and Grasp New Technology.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize, evaluate, and brainstorm solutions. See challenges as opportunities.

  • Technical to understand logic and code (not required to code).SQL knowledge a plus.

  • Excellent Communication and Collaborative skills.

  • Strong Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to perform a conversion rate analysis.

    • Ability to define a standard work effort for change management:

      • Define baseline
      • Identify CI opportunities and drive change
  • Ability to document our standards and build business cases.

  • Flexible to wear multiple hats (Technical BA, Launch PM, and Product Manager)

  • Fluency in English.



  • Bachler in Computer Science (nice to have)

  • Bachler/Master in Business Administration with concentration in tech (highly desired)

  • Scrum training and certification (highly desired)
