Emerios provides technology solutions to solve complex business problems. It specializes in producing computer software applications and software components according to specific, externally-defined requirements. Emerios applies the principles of Agile software development to deliver quality products and components with short turnaround times. Our systems are designed to create guided experiences that onboard customers and agents quickly, encourage good decisions, and prevent undesired behavior.

Purpose of the Position

  • Configure, implement, train, and install software solutions in assigned projects.
  • Gather customer needs and requirements.
  • Elaborate functional specifications for the development area.
  • Elaborate and execute test cases, based on functional specifications.
  • Attend to incidents and provide first and second level support, providing solutions to clients in response to their requirements.
  • Following, Monitoring, Quality and Effectiveness of controls and procedures to ensure optimal function of reports.



  • At least 2 years of experience in management system implementations (excl.).
  • English: upper intermediate level at minimum. Ability to hold meetings with English-speaking clients and communicate in writing.
  • Knowledge in Office Package.
  • Good documentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
